Returns and Refunds Policy

Manufacturing Errors or Damages 🛠️

If your item arrives with a manufacturing error or damage, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@ziella.co. Kindly provide proof, and we'll gladly replace the damaged item at no additional cost. After this 3-day period, any damage will be considered as caused by the customer and won't qualify for a free replacement.

Refunds and Returns (Within 30 Days Only) 🔄

If you've changed your mind about the product, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Please note that you'll be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Once we receive your returned item, we'll notify you and, if approved, process your refund through the original payment method. Refunds usually take 2-7 business days to appear, depending on your card issuer.

Delayed Items ⏳

For shipping delays due to unforeseen events like COVID-19, natural disasters, or holidays, we won't be able to cancel or refund your order until the package returns to us. After 30 days, if your package has not arrived or is lost, we will cancel and refund your order.

Missing Packages (In Transit) 📦

If your package goes missing or arrives late (i.e., more than 5 weeks have passed), please contact us immediately. We will ship you a new item if it's confirmed lost in transit. We take pride in our customer service and will work swiftly to resolve any issues.

Lost or Stolen Packages 🚫

Amanti is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered and you haven't received it, report it to your shipping carrier and file a complaint with local authorities.

Order Cancellations ⏳

Cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it for a full refund. After this period, we may have already dispatched your order and won't be able to cancel or refund it.
